Mama, these first days are fleeting
— let’s capture them before they’re gone.
I photograph motherhood – from pregnancy and newborn days to growing families – in Columbia and Lexington, SC, with sessions also available in the greater Charlotte area. I create images that preserve the tender, everyday moments you’ll treasure forever.
Hi, I’m Pola!
I’m Columbia SC Newborn Photographer – let me tell you why I do this!
I offer in-home newborn, pregnancy, and family photography for mothers who want to remember these days as they truly were. My sessions are slow and gentle, with no pressure to clean, pose, or perform. I focus on love and connection, creating simple, honest images meant to live in albums and be passed down for generations.
I’m deeply comfortable with newborns — before photography, I was a live-in nanny for twins and worked in a nursery. I approach every session with patience, respect, and care for both mother and child. I studied early childhood education and truly enjoy connecting with children — giving them space to be themselves and be part of the story.
I’m a believer, wife, and mother living in Columbia, SC, proudly from Poland. Motherhood is my greatest passion, and I believe it is the most important work we do on this side of heaven.
Let me photograph how you fall in love with your baby!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is lifestyle newborn photography?
Lifestyle newborn photography focuses on natural connection rather than posed setups. Sessions take place in your home and document your baby and family as you are — holding, feeding, soothing, and loving — in a calm and genuine way.
How much does newborn photography cost?
Investment varies by photographer and collection. Most families in the Columbia area spend between $600–$1,600, depending on session offerings, products, and artwork selections.
What should I wear for family photos?
Neutral tones photograph beautifully and keep the focus on connection rather than clothing. Soft, simple colors like cream, beige, brown, gray, or muted pastels work best.
Are hospital newborn photos allowed?
Yes. Hospital policies have returned to normal, and families may invite a photographer to document their baby after birth. I always respect hospital guidelines and work gently within their environment.
Do photographers come to your home for newborn photos?
Absolutely. In-home sessions are designed for comfort and ease, allowing you to remain in your own space while your baby is photographed naturally and peacefully.
Capture the Best Days of Your Life — For Your Future Self
One day, when you hold your first grandchild and open an album from the shelf,
you’ll turn the pages and whisper,
“Oh my goodness — my baby was this little.”
You’ll remember the softness, the love, the beginning.
This is why I do what I do — not just for today, but for decades from now.
For your children.
For their children.
For you.
